چکیده
Introduction: Acute Myocardial Infarction with ST-Segment Elevation (STEMI) is one of the major causes morbidity and mortality all over world. Pulmonary hypertension (LH) occurs in various clinical conditions, including diseases left half heart.
Objective: To evaluate structural functional features heart ST-elevated myocardial infarction ventricular wall (LV) presence pulmonary (PH).
Materials Methods: The study involved 87 patients (48 men 37 women) STEMI who were treated intensive care emergency cardiology department "City hospital ambulance" Zaporizhia city council. Patients divided into two groups: 51 PH (mean age 69,30 ± 2,34 years), 36 without 65,20 2,02 years).
Results: Evaluation LV showed that compared to there was a significant decrease EF (by 25.6%; p <0.05), increase MMILV by 17.6%; <0.05) LVDs 13.3%; <0.05). In PH, diameter LA 12.9% higher than (p <0.05).
diastolic function using pulsed Doppler revealed acceleration MVE 32,3%; increasing ratio MV E/A 63,4%, <0,05) PH.
Conclusions: develops against background dilatation ventricles formation eccentric hypertrophy systolic dysfunction. we found an overload right size ventricle atrium.

Study of the Duration, Outcomes, and Related Factors of Reperfusion Therapy in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Background and Objective: One of the most important advancements regarding the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction is the administration of anti-coagulation medicines (e.g., streptokinase). However, it must be noticed that this medicine requires rapid and timely administration. Moreover, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is increasingly used as a method of revascularization...
متن کاملVitamin D deficiency predicts the ST elevation type of myocardial infarction in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
According to studies, a significant association exists between the low levels of vitamin D and cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction (MI). In a prospective, case control study, 88 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) including ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and Non-STEMI were enrolled. The plasma level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25(OH)D] was obtained at the time ...

متن کاملThe streptokinase therapy complications and its associated risk factors in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the main leading causes of mortality and morbidity. Despite the progress in the treatment of AMI, streptokinase is still being used in many countries. Because of the critical condition of patients with AMI and complications of streptokinase therapy, this study was performed to evaluate the pattern of adverse drug reaction (ADRs) induced by streptokina...
